windows server 2003 无法启动-黑屏幕，且只有一个可以移动的鼠标出现这种情况就是因为缺少文件了
缺少这两个文件
dwmapi.dll
（server2003在c:\windows\system32中）系统目录一般为：C:\WINNT\System32 64位系统为C:\Windows\SysWOW64
最后点击开始菜单-->运行-->输入regsvr32 dwmapi.dll后，回车即可解决错误提示！
